Paul Newman: Travels In Constants
ALBUM DESCRIPTION
Recorded in 1999 during the same session that produced their "Machine Is Not Broken" album, these three tracks combine the best elements of the Paul Newman sound. Layers of moody guitars over dark electronic pulses and thundering drums. This EP sounds genuinely darker than their other releases, as the dated (read: 80's) effects that saturated their later albums are kept firmly in check here. All songs are exclusve and have never been released elsewhere.

Sonna / Paul Newman: Way to Breathe, No Breath
ALBUM DESCRIPTION
Two different bands interpret the same instrumental song on this single. The vibrant Paul Newman version sets the click and hiss of programmed percussion against a confidently strummed guitar that sounds pretty fierce by the song's end. Alternately, Sonna plays up the track's lush, ambient elements, turning the track into a dreamier, more repetitive soundscape.-CMJ
